Automatic packaging line coil
Tyvek® (Tyvek) is a high-density polyethylene spunbond material developed by DuPont. Since being put into medical application, Tyvek has been regarded as an excellent material for aseptic packaging. The reason for this reputation is that Tyvek can provide a higher level of protection than any other dialysis materials used in medical sterile applications.
1. Outstanding bacterial barrier performance
After repeated experiments, Tyvek proved that even under the most severe conditions, it can resist the penetration of bacterial spores better than other sneak attack materials. In addition, in a long-term package life study, it has been confirmed that if the integrity of the package is not damaged, Tyvek can fully inhibit bacteria for at least 5 years.
2. Excellent tear resistance and puncture resistance
Tyvek is strong and tough, continuous fiber, so that the package will not be torn and punctured even if the surgical device has irregular or sharp edges.
3. Clean peeling effect
Due to the special structure of Tyvek, it is chip-free when the package is peeled off, and no floating dust is generated. This clean peeling performance minimizes the pollution to the aseptic and dust-free environment.
